This site presents some tools
potentially useful to Organizational Theory scholars. Most
were created while preparing for comprehensive examinations during my
PhD at INSEAD.

A collection ofmaps
of Organizational Theory areas. Those are organized by distinguishing
the classic macro perspectives (i.e. institutional theory, population
ecology, etc.) and the classic micro ones (i.e. emotions, motivation, leadership, etc.)
Those maps were used to produce full text summaries,
one covering macro, the other
one micro perspectives. My perception is that those should be less
useful than the database of references, and less original in format than the
maps. Overall, textual summaries are rather commonly available (see
credits for some
suggestions on excellent sources)
